Apparently there's a pretty big issue in The Netherlands, with public service workers (including firemen, EMTs, and police) getting harassed and attacked in the line of duty. This innovative mashup of a pre-recorded simulated incident and live video of onlookers who see themselves not helping is getting a good bit of attention.
